Ganesh Himal Trekking

Mt Ganesh Himal is one of the beautiful mountain in Nepal. It was name in the honor of wishful lord Ganesh, a hindu deity having elephant head. Ganesh Himal located in North central Nepal. This region offers wild and friendly inhabitants, Different cultures, untouched natural splendor. During ganesh himal trekking we will enjoy with natural beauty , Different cultures, friendly inhabitants and others.

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival at tribhuban international airport Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Kathmandu sightseeing

After having breakfast we go for city sightseeing including pashupatinath, swoyambhunath, patan durbar square. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Kathmandu to satdobato( 1500 M)

After having breakfast we will drive to satdobato . It takes 7 hours to get there. There is nice black road in the first part to trisuli . We will get bumpy road after trisuli to satdobato. On the way we can enjoy with local houses ,green forest and mountain scenery. We do camping for overnight in satdobato where is mix culture such as tamang,Brahman ,chhetri etc.

Day 4 Satdobato to Bhalche(1950 M)- 5 Hours Walking

Its so nice walk to kispang through terraces and some villages consist of tamang and dalit people. There is small holy river with hindu temple and small monastery of Buddhist people. We take gradual from satdobato and last step to kispang for lunch. We continue gradual up to Bhalche after our lunch. Bhalche is a nice Tamang Village where we can see school and government health post.

Day 5 Bhalche to Gonga(2900 M)- 5;30 Hours walking

Straining through jungle we get Thulo Chgaur for lunch. In the middle of the jungle there is big ground where we can have lunch. Again straining through thik rhododendron and pine forest to get gonga. We can see great mountain view from here.

Day 6 Gonga to Rupchet( 3660 M)- 4 Hours walking

Proceeding through deep pine and rhododendron forest to rupchet . It is short walk up with a good chance to see the animals including leopard,monkeys. Rupchet is a base camp of sing-la pass.

Day 7 Rupchet- Sing la pass( 4200 M) Sertung kharka ( 2440 M) - 6 to 7 hours Walking

Early morningwe will hike to see the sunrise from the top of sing-la. Where we have to take almost 2 hours tentatively. Sing-la top is the place where we can glance the view of langtang,ganesh himal, manasalu and Tibet range. After viewing nice panorama we have to decend to the sertung kharka through pine and rhododendron forest.

Day 8 Sertung Kharka to Sertung Village( 2000 M) - 3 Hours walking

We continue our trek through jungle for few minutes than walk down through field of maize,wheet and barly to sertung Village.

Day 9 Sertung Village to Jharlang Phedi ( 1450 M)- 6 Hours walking

We continue our trek down to the Borang Village where we can meet Tamang people. After Borang Village we will continue our trek to Jharkang through Fields and crossing the bridge.

Day 10 Jharlang to Kintang Phedi ( 1000 m) - 6 Hours Walking

With the view of mountains we walk to the kintang phedi through the small village. Kintang phedi also small village with mix culture where 2 rivers netrawati and kintang are mixed over. We can even bath in the hot spring there.

Day 11 Kintang phedi to sera bensi,Jyamrung ( 700 M) - 6 Hours

After having breakfast walk to jyamrung through khahare bazzar which is famous for shopping. We will following netrawati river which comes from ganesh Himal. Stay overnight in a Local House.

Day 12 Jyamrung to Kathmandu via Dhading Bensi

Drive back to kathmandu via Dhading Bensi. Its around 2 hours off road drive where we can get bumpy road . While we get Dhading bensi than the road is very nice.

Day 13 International Departure

Departure to the international airport to continue on ward journey.
