Everest Panorama Trek

Everest Panorama Trek is short and classic trek in the Everest region that offers the magnificent panoramic views of Himalayas. The journey begins from the mountain flight to Lukla Airport from Kathmandu and then the trek proceeds towards the top of the hill to Sherpa capital of Namche through Sherpa village, Buddhist Monasteries, Chorten and Sagarmatha National Park. Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and trip preparation (1,300m/4,264 ft)

We heartily welcome you to Nepal. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will greets you with great reverence and transfers you to the hotel. Before dinner, you could walk around Thamel or spend time as your wish. Overnight at Kathmandu

Day 02 Kathmandu: Sightseeing and trek Preparation

After breakfast, we set out for the city sightseeing to the historical monuments. You will visit UNESCO world heritage sites, which include Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Darbar Squar, Bhaktapur Darbar Square, Swayambhunath, Bouddhanath and Pashupatinath. We will give you briefing about the trekking you begin from tomorrow at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu

Day 3 Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft): 3 - 4 hours trek

n the early morning flight we fly from Kathmandu to Lukla. It is 40 minutes mountain flight. After a short briefing and introduction, we walk to Phakding village. Overnight at Phakding

Day 4 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280 ft): 5 - 6 hours

From Phakding we walk along the Dudh Koshi River with many suspension bridges. We then arrive to the small village called Monjo which is the gateway to Sagarmatha National Park. After entering the National Park, we descend down to Bhote Koshi River. Next we cross another village called Jorsale and reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Namche Bazaar

Day 5 Acclimatization Day - Namche Bazaar: (3,440m/11,284ft)

Today, we take rest in Namche Bazaar to get rid of altitude sickness. Namche Bazzar is the centre of the Khumbu region. You can walk around Namche Bazaar and observe the local proceedings and lifestyle. We can also trek to Khumjung village, a beautiful village with a Sherpa settlement. Overnight at lodge

Day 6 Namche Bazaar to Khumjung (3,810 m/12,500 ft): 4 hours

Today, we trek from Namche Bazaar to Khumjung via Syangboche airstrip, the world’s highest airstrip. Khumjung is the biggest village of the area which is also popular for Khumjung Monastery. Khumjung village is surrounded by Kondge, Thamserku and the sacred Khumbila mountains. Overnight at Khumjung

Day 7 Khumjung to Tengboche (3,870m/12694ft): 4 - 5 hours

Today, we descend to Dudhkoshi river and then ascend through the pine and fir forest and reach Tengboche. The village is popular for Tengboche monastery which is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region of Nepal. We can enjoy the marvelous view of mountains from Tengboche. Overnight in Tengboche

Day 8 Tengboche to Kyangjuma (3,570m/11,710ft): 4 - 5 hours

From Tengboche the trail passes through the rhododendron and fir forests and reach Dudhkoshi river. Next, the trail passes through the Sansa Village and reaches Kyangjuma. You can have the wonderful view of Ama-dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest from Kyangjuma. Overnight in Kyangjuma

Day 9 Kyangjuma to Monjo (2,840m/9,315ft): 4 - 5 hours

From Kyangjuma we first trek to Namche Bazaar. We take our lunch at Namche Bazaar and take a route towards Monju. After crossing the Dudh Koshi River we reach Monjo. The backdrop of majestic mountains will never leave us as we head towards Monju. Overnight in Monjo

Day 10 Monjo to Lukla: 5- 6 hours

Today is the last day of our trek. The trail passes through the Phakding and Chopling villages and finally reaches Lukla from where we started our trek. The evening and the night will be marked with celebrations. Overnight in Lukla

Day 11 Fly to Kathmandu

We take the earliest flight back to Kathmandu. From the airport, we drive to the hotel and you can spend your rest of the time by shopping or can plan for some side trip.

Day 12 Final departure

Our beautiful journey comes to an end today! Easy Nepal Trek Private Limited representative will drop you to the airport 3 hours before your flight. So, as per your flight schedule, we check out from the hotel and leave you at International terminal side at Tribhuvan International Airport.
